Welcome to The AME Stories. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Every AME Stories creation is individually hand-painted and handcrafted. As each piece is made by hand, slight variations in colour, brushstrokes, and detailing are natural and are part of its uniqueness. These are not considered defects.

Most of our products are made to order and require approximately 6–8 weeks for creation before dispatch. Products listed under Ready to Dispatch will be shipped within 1–3 weeks.

Product images are for reference purposes. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work and differences in screen displays, slight variations in colours, artwork, or embellishments may occur.

Custom-designed products and personalized orders are created exclusively for the customer. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when selecting custom sizing or custom length options. The AME Stories cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements. If no custom measurements are provided, garments will be made according to our standard size specifications.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment gateway.

Delivery timelines begin after the production period for made-to-order products. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

As every product is handcrafted and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or an incorrect item has been delivered. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the product and packaging.

All artwork, designs, photographs, logos, and content on this website are the exclusive property of The AME Stories and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
